Due to the recent extreme weather, The Friends of Kamalani and Lydgate Park has rescheduled Earth Day in Lydgate Park 2018. The new time & date are 7:30 AM on Saturday, June 16, 2018. Please save the date! In June we’ll meet on the lawn near the Kamalani Playground, and scope work should be the same. Please help spread the word. Volunteers may come to the main pavilion this Saturday morning, April 21, 2018 and collaborate with Surfrider Foundation teams clearing marine debris (primarily plastics) from the coastline. There will be no food or beverage service this Saturday. Others who prefer to help with our Friends of Kamalani and Lydgate Park ohana’s residential flood cleanup efforts in Anahola on Saturday, April 21 may contact Valerie Woods directly at hph@aloha.net or (808) 822-2420.
