Join a few fellow bicycle riders for a fun training ride to help you feel more comfortable riding on Kauai's roads and burn off a few calories.
Where: Meet at the Poipu Beach Park, Koloa, Hawaii
When: 8:30 AM, 9:30 AM & 10:30 AM start times, then 11:30 AM Potluck
Who: Everyone is welcome — any rider who feels capable of riding on the road in a group.
No one gets left behind on these rides.

Bring: Plenty of water, helmet, sunscreen, potluck item, & smiles.
Three routes:
8:30 AM Road bikes climb to Kukuiolono Golf Course in Kalaheo & back
9:30 AM Off-road bikes to Mahaulepu & back
10:30 AM All from Poipu Beach Park to Spouting Horn & back
11:30 AM Potluck Lunch
This is an unsupported ride, so please be prepared to fix your own flats.
